Do you have a reliable source for it? And is there a proof? I dont want people to be misguided or are people make something up about it because when i first heard of shifting, no matter how long you stay in your dr, eventually you'll always be back here. And if there's such a thing called permanent shifting, i believe it can no longer be called shifting anymore

@ArsySangster  you can kill it with writing it in ur script or put a clone in ur Cr and come back whenever u want. BE CAREFUL if u kill ur body here u can't come back. Automatically ur Dr becomes ur cr

Hii so i wanted to ask do you have to say affirmations for the Peter pan method? What methods do u need affirmations for? Also did u use affirmations when u shifted?

@valentinat2009 you dont have to, but it helps some people with the Peter Pan method. One popular method that needs affirmations is I Am Method, but you can say affirmations in any method you want such as rope method, intent method, etc. I did use affirmations when I shifted
