@Generically With the helicopter, there are agents in it, with only one agent being sent down to capture Alorice near the end of the first chapter. As for the battle between them out six main cast, the copters have somewhat of an auto pilot mode that lets them stay in mid-air. The rest of the agents his and spied on the other 5 and followed them to the library in chapter 2. As for Ruy's powers, I'm gonna go more into that in later chapters, but a brief description is given in chapter 2. Sorry for making you wait so long for a reply.
