Okay I need advice, if your friend lies to you about something serious, something you told them not to do because you are worried about the consequences of their actions will bring, and the harm it will cause them and your friendship , and hear the truth from someone else and you have told them how serious you are about the situation, but at the same time know that their home life is difficult, and the fact that you want to help them but can’t because you can’t help somebody who doesn’t want to help themselves,how would you guys react?
@Aru_46 my advice is different from them. Idk if it's helpful nor if it's true. It could be completely wrong but I think u shouldn't leave him. My opinion is, he's trying to push u away. To leave u before u could do that. So that It would hurt a little less. Idk what that 'difficult home life' is and uk it better. U should try and find out if he is trying to protect himself or playing with u
@Aru_46 I'm really not good with advices just like JinSonParkWang said. We don't know the context of your friendship. But if that frnd isn't ready to take your help so just leave them to their own thoughts (?) And if you see your friendship is getting harmed in this process, don't stay in a toxic relationship.
@Aru_46 I'll be like really Angry ... I am this mixture of introvert and extrovert who finds it quite hard to make friends but when we become one I am like an open book I trust them to the very core with my everything so if I am betrayed by them I'll be really hurt but I am a dumbass who will try to find something or some reason for what they did ... They are my friends right , they won't hurt me intentionally.... But with time I understood this some actually are not invested in a friendship as you are and they actually had no specific reason to go for this choice like they could have done it differently but they didn't .... So don't be hard on yourself at such situations ... Overcome it ... Because these emotions will hurt you and no one else
