          Sorry for the long wait—life has been really busy. I was hoping to get this out on Christmas Day, but as you'll see, that didn’t work out. However, I’ve come through with a long chapter for everyone, and I'll be on vacation for the holidays, so that should give me some time to write and get ahead, hopefully. I hope everyone had a great Christmas!
