With the Third Arc: To Icarus, Final Flight inching towards its finale, we have a new character joining our ensemble cast. Her name is Cassandra Delphi, she is the walker of Myriad Doorways, and the priestess/oracle of Delphi. For aeons she has brought tidings from worlds beyond her own. And today we will be audience to her story. This tale takes place in an era before Kiana Kaslana and Sal Apocalypse were even conceived. It is before the thirteen harkoned the strength to resist the Honkai. It is a time when divine walked this land and where the genesis of the philosophy:  Flame Chase began.

Chrysalis To A Butterfly Arc 3: To Icarus The Final Flight Act 2: To Martinez's Strife, Advent of the Flame Chase  Drops Tomorrow!
          
          Here I put an excerpt for you all to enjoy!
          
          The ceiling was adorned with frescoes depicting a distant tale. Thirteen heroes chased a single ember, all fell to an inevitable force, life in itself came to an end, and the new world began again. Such was the tale of the flame chase, and underneath its grandiose faded paint, sat four friends. An Overseer who had touched the golden blood and forsaken this world, the General who, despite his life away from war, awaited the strife his father once brought, the immortal maiden who carried the wishes of a million over her shoulder and the experiment who was brought to this world on a whim. Each of them had walked a path carved by those before them, and now, by a cruel advent of destiny or by three weavers of fate, they laughed under a moment of tranquillity.
          
          "When there was nothing but darkness," Fu Hua mused, Hesiod's Theogony (Θεογονία) in a drunken state. Blush appeared over her cheeks, her arms swaying in imitation of the grand scale of the cosmos. "There existed nothing. And then came warmth, an eternal flame burning away this world until the creator blessed this land with the seed of creation."
          
          Theresa, who was yet to enlighten herself with the world of cosmology, theological beliefs and philosophy, clasped her hand in a fake display of prayer. "St. Fu Hua has descended! Gaze at her pristine self, she will bask us mortals under her divine gaze."
          
          "Fear not, reverent Theresa," Fu Hua tipsied and climbed the creaking desk. She raised her finger at the ceiling, where sat the portrait of the white-haired heir of Dawn: Eos. The woman who was believed to have started the Flame Chase in an epoch without technology. "I, by the blessing of Eos, will impart the knowledge of this world and beyond."

Good morning, dear reader,
          
          I apologise to those who have read the story to its completion as of the last update; this chapter (Ch 29, Fu Hua: Friendship) might feel out of place. Regrettably, during revision of this arc, I found daunting issues within the prose and structure; however, fear not, the story is being written and edited in tandem. Henceforth, this arc, as I call it: To Icarus, The Final Flight, will reach its finale in the next six weeks. I am following a patch update cycle to give me some respite from powering through updates.
          
          Having written content beforehand and publishing in slow progression helps me provide you with a quality product.
          
          The point is that this chapter is revising the last one(Trifecta), with new content and some added characterisation. Those who are old-time readers, I apologise for the inconvenience, and those who are new, enjoy the ride. May this journey be memorable.

A/N All right so, I am back before planned. And we are entering a new Arc! This story arc takes place 17 years before the present and 14 before Sophia and  Velestflëge arc's completion. So just to give a general idea:
          
          Arc 1: Even The Sun Shall Find His Moon (Chapter 1-15)
          Arc 2: To The Past, The Sinking Sun (Ch 16-25)
          Arc 3: To Icarus, The Final Flight (Ch 26- Ch ??)
          
          This arc will last around 15k-20k words. With 10K already written, I am currently working the second half of this arc. This story arc would be an exploration of Otto Apocalypse and his romantic engagement with Sal Apocalypse's mother and his near Salvation. In short, it is a look into why the world Sal lives in, is the way it is.
          
          I apologize for not writing more of Kiana and Sal, but trust me this is going to build up towards them.

          Remember when I said I am participating in the Kadokawa contest, so your boy has finally submitted his novel for it. It is not yet completely uploaded on the asked website as the requirement is to publish it slowly every day until 29th September.

Good evening everyone. For everyone worried about my health, just an update I am doing fabulous. I have been healing and going through this journey of self improvement, just as Kiana Kaslana did throughout the story.
          
          Now I am here with some news on my impromptu hiatus and the subsequent zero chapter over the last month, as well as the year. Initially I planned on updating Chrysallis this July, alongside KiaSal Drabble, however I had to call off the plan as a big oppurtunity to make my dream come true came along, (The dram is Write a story that can make people feel just how Honkai Impact 3rd made me feel and get an anime). Basically Kadokawa announced a writinf contest, where in if I win I get published by them in Japan. Thus I got coiled up in that. And I have to say I have been enjoying that a lot. I am 40K words in with that story and only have 40K more to go for the finale. Once that is done I am getting back to my HI3: Avalon which will get a complete reboot and rewrite.
          
          As for the main KiaSal story, I can't promise new chapter drop anytime this month or next, but on 7th December our Tuna's birthday you will get the awaited drop on the Sal's backstory arc. And as for drabble, I already have chapters written so maybe today or next week you will get those too.

          Once again I have to thank each and everyone of you. You are the reason, this boy, altough still a bit insecure, has a lot of confidence in his writing. I am looking forward to bringing positive and wholesome stories to you, this year and the next and beyond.
