@Ash_Ash2174 I’ll just have to figure out and see, maybe try to find some time to properly relax and take care of myself. That’ll be hard but I can try. I’m here for you though if you need anything and will try to come online more so we can talk ♥️

One of the most common things people are facing is overthinking. It plays a major role in our mental health. You, me, and almost everyone overthink. Some days, it becomes so much that you go completely blank because the dots in your mind start connecting one by one, and that's what overthinking can feel like. It feels like it doesn't have an end. You can't simply put a stop to it, and let me tell you, you can't completely stop your brain from thinking. Your brain is built to think. Sometimes, you just put too much pressure on yourself to think about everything again and again. Your brain functions that way, and overthinking doesn't mean that something is wrong with you. You aren't being too much.

Here, I'm not glorifying overthinking or saying that it is good. I'm just trying to make you understand that thoughts appearing in your mind is normal. It's okay to feel things deeply. You aren't being too sensitive just because you have emotions. You are made with emotions, and those emotions are a part of being human. You aren't a machine or a bot that can simply be switched off. You feel, you experience, and you heal. To be human, emotions are a part of you. Overthinking can't be stopped like switching off a button. You have to learn how to manage your thoughts and emotions instead. Just remember, you are a human being who has to go through the daily roller coaster of emotions.

Your brain will never completely stop thinking. You just need to slowly learn how to think deeply and wisely instead of getting trapped in the same thoughts again and again. Overthinking often involves fear, negativity, assumptions, and repeated thoughts, while deep and thoughtful thinking can help you understand situations more clearly and positively.

Overthinking isn't a disease by itself, so don't keep looking for a quick cure. Instead, learn to understand your thoughts and manage them. It isn't easy, I know, but slowly you can learn how to handle them better.

Don't make quick decisions when you are overwhelmed because, at that time, everything feels out of control. Your emotions are at their peak, and they push you towards making the worst decisions. You may do things that you regret later, so it's better not to make your life even more miserable when you are already in a miserable state. All kinds of negative and angry thoughts start appearing in your mind. That negative pull inside you takes control and leads you to make the situation even worse.

I understand these kinds of situations where you are alone, battling with yourself, trying to stay composed for the sake of people who don't understand you or your condition, not even a little. To some people, it looks like overreacting or throwing tantrums, but the reality is very different. One of the biggest problems is when people refuse to even listen to your explanation because, in their minds, nothing you say is right. Sometimes, the environment people create becomes so suffocating that you just want them to forget about your existence. Thinking like this can be a sign that you have been suppressing your feelings for too long, even beyond the stage of emotional numbness. It is a reminder that you need to start paying attention to your mental health.

We are not just living; we are surviving, and that is part of life. To survive, you need to be aware of the situation you are in. There are positive ways to survive, so you don't have to keep running towards negativity. Sometimes, negativity comes running towards you for no reason because it has become a habit, and habits take time to change. How much time? That depends on you. It may look impossible, but it isn't. One of the biggest lies an overthinking mind tells you is that it is impossible to become a better person. If you keep believing that lie, you may never break out of the overthinking loop. The choice is yours. You are worthy of becoming the best version of yourself.

Friendship is a relationship that isn't connected by blood, yet it connects people so deeply that many find it easier to share their life problems with their friends than with their blood relatives. It is a bond that brings strangers together and slowly builds trust between them. I know nothing is perfect, and friendship is no exception. It doesn't have to be perfect. There will be ups and downs, arguments and forgiveness. Some people have been friends for months, while others have stayed friends for many years. Some are still close to their old friends, while others have different stories, and that's okay.

There are people out there who call themselves unlucky or unfortunate just because their friends left them. I'm not here to lecture you about things you already know. I'm writing about this topic because many people are not only hurting their mental health, but they are also shaping their thinking in a negative way that won't help anyone. No one is born perfect, and humans don't have to be perfect. We are simply human beings with emotions. You did your best. You did your part. You showed genuine emotions, and you truly cared. But people have their own minds and make their own decisions. You can't force anyone to stay or choose your bond.

You are not an unworthy person just because you don't have old friendships anymore. People choose to leave. Sometimes they give reasons, and sometimes they don't. You shouldn't keep putting yourself down because of that. You did whatever you could, so focus on that. Why always focus on the negative part? People come and go, and some bonds are hard to forget, but you can't stay stuck forever. I know it isn't easy, and I understand that no one can truly measure your disappointment or your pain. But you shouldn't carry that burden for too long. I hope the best things come into your life. I can't take your pain away, not even with words, but I truly hope they bring you some comfort and help you feel a little more at ease.

Some days are just confusing for us. We can't come to a conclusion about what is actually happening to us. You feel every emotion at once, and at the same time, you can't even name what you are feeling. You don't even feel like doing your favorite activities, and you also don't feel like interacting with your loved ones. Days like these also exist, and they are difficult to go through because nothing makes sense to you during those times. And it's even more difficult to explain it to someone when your own emotions are confusing to you as well.

One of the hardest feelings to explain is when your emotions become confusing. You are not happy, but you are not completely sad either. You want someone to understand you, but at the same time, you don't want to talk to anyone. You feel like crying, but your tears don't come out. You feel like saying so much, but your mind gives you no words. This is what confused emotions can feel like.

Many people think they are becoming cold or heartless because they don't react the way they used to. But the truth is, sometimes your mind becomes so tired that it stops expressing emotions the way it normally does. It is not because you don't care. It is because you have been carrying too much for too long.

Imagine carrying a heavy bag every single day. At first, your shoulders hurt. After some time, you stop noticing the pain because your body gets used to it. The pain is still there, but you no longer react to it in the same way.Don't overwhelm yourself by thinking that you are being ridiculous or that something is wrong with you. It's okay. You are being normal. Things will make sense one day. I know it's painful for you right now, but never lose hope.

Everyone has a different story and different goals to achieve. We all have different ways of fulfilling our dreams and following our passion. Each one of us faces many difficulties and has to endure a lot while trying to cope with everything in our daily lives. Sometimes you may feel that there is no possibility of successfully reaching your goal because of the hurdles you face every day. At times, you become mentally and physically exhausted, which leaves you feeling numb, and you don't have the enthusiasm to continue your work. Let me tell you, that's normal.

Some days are exhausting. They make you feel like you just want to lie on your bed and do nothing. You don't feel productive. Some days, procrastination is at its peak, and there is nothing ridiculous about it. It happens, and you shouldn't blame yourself too much. Make a mental note that days like this exist, and you can make up for them on your productive days. Productive days exist too, so don't forget them. Just because some days make you feel lazy and exhausted doesn't mean you should start feeling worse about yourself.

Another thing is that when people fall on their way, they often consider it a failure. But falling on your way is not a failure. You have only stumbled; you haven't reached your goal yet. You will face obstacles along the way, so remember that. Don't let people who have never set a goal judge you, because they don't know the value of hard work and hardships. Their words may hurt, I know, but don't let their judgment get so deep into your mind that you start losing your motivation to achieve your goal. When you fall, it means you are putting effort into something, and you are serious about it. That should be your mindset. It's painful to fall, but that pain is a sign that you are not giving up on your dreams and that you still have hope within you.
