          1.) When dialogue or thoughts are written in whatever language? Example: “Привет! Его нет.(Hello! He’s not here.)”
          
          Or
          
          2.) When dialogue or thoughts are written how you would pronounce the words? Example: “Privyet! Ego nyet.(Hello! He’s not here.)”
          
          Please tell me because I need this info for Chapter 14!
