          You can always go to photo editing sites. Like photoshop or picnik is fine.
          If you think that's too hard, you can always go to the Book Cover Club to ask for other people to make you a cover. :D

          Post a thread or reply to many threads as you like to ask people to read your story, that can also get it popular. :) 
          As an Ambassador, I would have to remind you to just keep in mind no Vote trading. As a friend I'm going to tell you when posting threads and replies make it catchy like people would want to click. :P Example: "Read my Story" is fine, but not a lot of ppl will click. But "I will read your story! Click here!" will get people's attention. :) You can read trade and fan trade is supposedly allowed, but for fan trade keep it on the low. Read trade is like very important, you read mine i'll read yours. If it's good i'll vote and fan. Good luck~ :)
