Ashlynn Rayne is a hockey mom and lives in Northern British Columbia, where the winters are cold and long, and the summers hot and short.
 Her whole life she read books and escaped to countless fantasy worlds. She always dreamed of creating her own world and writing a novel but never took that leap. Now she spends way too much of her limited spare time dreaming up more books than she can ever write, but she is going to try. 
In the winter Ashlynn can be found at countless arenas around the province, holed up in hotels with her laptop while the kids hang out with their teammates. And in the summer months she escapes to her personal oasis in her travel trailer she converted to an outdoor office complete with fake plants and twinkling lights.
