I just wanna say it to you...
          
          When you say salaam, please brother complete it. It must be "Assalamualaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu" . You will be blessed more Insha' Allah by completing it. It's a little prayer for your sisters and brothers in Islam for them to be in PEACE always. If you say salaam then it's like that you're just saying "PEace" and if you'll say the complete phrase then your prayer goes like this " May peace be with you always and may Allah bless you (baraka) ." .
          
          Just sharing it to you. I heard it from some Aleemah that we must complete the phrase in greeting our sisters and brothers in Islam.
