HELLO! it's been a long time. I know I haven't been updating my Smosh Imagines, but I promise its not because I don't want to. I know that many people enjoy my stories, but I have hit a massive writer's block that I can't seem to get out of. I write short stories here and there just to re-read whatever I wrote and ultimately scrapping the entire thing. I hope to get out of this block because I really do miss writing and reading people's reactions to my mediocre shorts. I really want to write again and build a small community of people who can't wait to read what I write next. I know that 14 year old me would be proud of me now if i had that going for myself. So, maybe expect some things on this account?? We will see in the near future.
I have some things that I want to address however;
As many of you who come across this account may know, I wrote the story "Just Coworkers" which was the first and only story that I have ever published (I am not including imagines/short stories). I was very proud of that story because at the time it was the only story that I had every completed, but I do want to address some things. I wrote that story when I was 15 or 16 give or take and I want to apologize about my lack of research. In "Just Coworkers", I wrote about eating disorders even though I knew little to nothing about the subject and never even bothered to research the subject. I wanted to add depth to the character of Rosi, but ultimately failed the assignment. I don't want young and impressional people to come across my story and romanticize eating disorders because of what I wrote at 15. Some days I want to do a full rewrite of "Just Coworkers" but I won't. I think it is best for me to start something new and prove to old and new readers that my maturity has changed throughout these years and that hopefully you will like what is to come from my creativity corner. I hope some people will interact with this post!
