For those who have read The Mom Issue, I want to let you know a story behind this. I wrote this story originally for extra credit in English class. I entered it in a writing contest for extra credit. The story ended up not only winning first place in a county writing contest, but in a state contest too!!! I figured now that it has acclaim like that, I should probably post it here for people to read.
