@AsiyaKage, seriously, I read Second Generation at night a couple months ago and… wow. I just can’t stop thinking about it. I’ve re-read it so many times already, and I’ll probably read it again when it’s morning. It hit me so hard-I didn’t expect to feel this way about a fanfic, but it honestly stayed with me long after I finished it.
Akashi Seijuro is my absolute favorite character, and since KnB is so old, I hardly ever find fanfics where he actually feels like himself. Most of the time, he’s just… off, you know? But in your story, he was perfect. Reading it felt like a dream come true. Everything- the tension, the quiet moments, the way the characters connect, it all felt so real and so alive. I kept laughing, smiling, and at some points just… staring at the screen because I couldn’t believe how much I loved it.
Please, please keep writing more KnB fics. Stories like this don’t come around often, and it honestly means so much to me that I got to read it. Tysm for sharing this—you have no idea how much joy it brought me.
