          You ask people. You can ask friends and family, or post thing on yahoo or a blog if you have one, ask people for their opinions and take both the good and the bad. Then you can make improvements and soon people will just start reading. I can't guarentee that you will be the next J.K. Rowling, but people may start reading your book. 
          I hope that people do read your book, I'm going to and I hope you like my works to, HAPPY NEW YEAR!

@aRiyam I am completing a new draft of the last believer and was wondering if you had any advice on how to make it spot on perfect 

@aRiyam thank you so much for your advice, I think that my story has a good plot but I have currently decided to take it down. I posted my first draft on to this website and have decided to do a couple of more drafts before I repost the story. I will let you know when I have reposted my story because I am very very interested in what you have to say.
