It is a quick transmigration, in one of the arc the mc wake up on a plane thats going to crash and they all trapped on deserted island, there are mc, ogfl, and 4 ML (there are twin brothers, gentle-big brother type, and young master type). The MC have a heart disease that require her to eat medicine everyday. In original timeline, the MC did not last long because she is weak and useless. After MC transmigrated, she is trying to make it seems like she remember what will happen, she began to act scared of the MLs and gain favors. The MLs began to take advantage of her by keeping her medicine so that she rely on them. At the end of the arc there are fight between the MLs and before they are all being rescued most of them being poisoned by one of the ML. The ogfl is very jealous of mc, the one that act nice but will stab you in the back if there's a chance. The MC is scheming, and she doesnt like any of the ML. I think her goal is to fullfill OC wish? Idk.
