Hello, hello. Wolf here with an announcement regarding "The Awakening."
          
          Things are still going smoothly. The cover hasn't been finished yet, which is a shame, considering I wanted a spring release. But it's fine. I took the time to enhance the story further, and I'm almost done doing that. 
          
          While doing it, I took a look at Chapter 4. It's okay, but I could improve it by expanding it a little. I'm currently in the planning stage, predicting it may be roughly 5-10 parts longer than what's currently finished. As I approach completion, I'll make sure to update and state the release date a day before it comes out.

Hello, I'm back! As mentioned, I'll highlight a difference between "Dragon's Burn" original and remastered while avoiding major spoilers.
          
          Fusion is one difference; for those who read the original, fusion had one rule. It's time limit, and the story played around that with the "Full Power mode," the fusion occasionally displayed—a state where they used all their power at the cost of reducing their time.
          
          Well, the time limit is still a factor. However, "Full Power" is no longer a thing. Instead, it's replaced with a technique known as "Surge Mode," which drastically increases the user's elemental energy at the cost of locking their abilities/skills. 
          
          I like both concepts, but I figured it'd be easier writing Surge Mode. 
          
          I may continue making posts showcasing minor differences. But I don't know how frequently... it'd probably depend on when I can't contain my excitement!

Hello, creator of "Dragon's Burn" here for a small announcement.
          
          As some are aware, I decided to remaster the original series and even split it into two volumes to cover the story better. My original plan was to upload the remaster and remove the original since it'd feel pointless. But after reading the finished parts of both books, I noticed something. 
          
          They are so drastically different that it feels like an entirely different world. An example is Chapter 1. Different plot points, different fights and how they play out, added pieces to the world & lore, and so on.
          
          It's the same story, but the adventure feels entirely new. So, I decided to keep up the original and maybe revisit it when the remastered is over to modify it and eventually finish it. Maybe next week, I'll talk about a change I made while avoiding any major spoilers!

I am happy to announce that I have officially finished writing "The Awakening"! The story is completed and fully edited. All I'm missing is the story cover, which hopefully won't take long. 
          
          I did the best I could, and I'm super proud of how it turned out! It ended up evolving way more than I planned, but overall, it worked to make the story greater. 
          
          I'll probably make an announcement a day or two before uploading the story. So, I'll see you then!

Hello, everyone! I'm currently writing "Dragon's Burn" and have settled on splitting the original story into two volumes. This is to allow me to expand the main "arcs" spread across the story, as I want the overall story to be something of a slow burner / lean closer to the slice of life format I originally wanted.
           
          No worries! The action will still be plentiful. But now, the world, characters, and concepts will be further explored. Volume 1 will cover the first three arcs, and I'm looking for an early 2025 release. Thank you all for your patience, and hopefully the wait is worth it!

Hello, Hello. Wolf here to give a brief update on story progress.
          
          I'm currently reaching the end of chapter three for "The Awakening". For reference, there are a total of four chapters. Honestly, I'm actually a bit ahead of schedule, and I'm fairly proud of the story so far. 
          
          I planned to upload around the end of May, but I might upload it sooner based on my progress. So, look forward to it! I'm definitely excited... and nervous to upload.

Happy holidays, boys and girls! Hopefully you enjoy the festive week. As for Team Astra, we'll still be working on our stories but, of course, will enjoy ourselves in this jolly season! 

The writer of "The Awakening" has arrived for a new post! I was writing the expanded story but decided to just reboot it down the line. The original story had a lot of short parts that acted like filler, which added nothing to the story or characters. 
          
          The remastered version plans on expanding the parts and adding some more meat while cutting down unnecessary fat. If that makes sense. Right now, I have six parts of the first chapter completed. Think there's only two or three parts left. 
          
          The story will have a total of four chapters, so I should be in the uploading stage pretty soon. Take tune and hopefully you enjoy the story when it comes out!

Chapter 1 of "Dragon's Burn -Remix-" is nearly complete. Just one part left! I got busy, but I'm back on schedule. For every chapter that I complete, I'd like to mention new changes within the chapter.
          
          One change is the inclusion of new species. The djinns who wield an abundance of mana. And the mighty giants who can crush mountains with ease! The original story, despite being based on fantasy, had very few species. Of course, the remix will change that. 
          
          Elemental Energy and Mana are officially two distinct energy systems. Elemental affects the body, making users more powerful. Mana affects the surroundings, using the elements to unleash powerful attacks or manipulate the world around them. 
          
          The two co-existed in the original, but mana was a late addition. They served the same roles before. But that changed!
          That's about all the differences, minus a few things I'd rather keep a surprise. I'll see you all once I finish Chapter 2!
