Sorry for the delay in chapters guys, school is almost over so school work has been piling up but I'll try to update. This particular chapter might take a while to write since I'm still learning how to write action pact scenes and describing battles. I think I'll be able to post it this Friday but we'll see. -Ash
@Shogun9 huh, never thought about it like that but I really like the idea. There could be so many options and paths to go with that if I were to mention it. Thanks for the suggestion!
@AshleyZ888 Ah. I see, so as a transition from one system to another. btw Idk if you wanna use this or not but I personally feel that the "country" that UnOrdinary takes place in is some sort of Monarchy of sorts where the strongest person in the country rules. I mean think about it, student councils in our world reflect actual governments. So maybe there is a government that looks something similar to what we see in the schools. If such a transition is happening, I imagine that said government would have to be eradicated. There's usually a lot of instability in countries when that happens, so the riots mentioned in your recent chapters probably make sense.
@Shogun9 Sorry for the very late reply. Honestly, I didn't answer because I personally don't have an answer. After thinking about it for a long while, this is how I think the government works; I think the Authorities are basically like our police system. I think people like Keon are like officers, I think I'll just call them Agents. The name 'Authorities' seem like something more important but I don't think they would involve themselves in a High school if they really were that important. I think Keon may be a part of a different branch that "specialize" in mental problems. After he's done his "treatment" he has to report back to his superiors just like us. Regarding how they function now I think it's mostly the same. People that are stronger in terms of ability will still be more sought after than people weaker. Though, Vaughn is trying his best to have that change. The Hierarchy still remains but is friendlier. Like high-tiers still have the most power but they use it accordingly. Low-tiers will still be looked at as lesser people but they won't be purposely be shunned for it. Unless said person is prejudice or entitled. This is how I see the endgame of it, as of right now people are still trying to accept it or are in denial. I hope this answers your question. I also hope you enjoy reading my little story. Ash
