          	I’ve been working and was away this weekend for an overnight backpacking trip on the AT for 20 miles.

Starting fresh with a poem book. Poems have always come easy to me for writing. My poems have recently been inspired by “brain dumps” that I do to help manage my ADHD and GAD. I plan to use my poems to show insight into the mind of ADHD and GAD, along with the hope that can be found amidst the struggles.
