@Astrokeh maybe for the wolf and the commander book they meet when Lexa and some other grounders are hunting and see Valentina in wolf mode and decide to hunt her, which they shoot her once with an arrow but she manages to get away somehow and Lexa ends up finding her passed out bleeding in a cave or something. (I'm gonna say this now you don't have to write this idea just a suggestion)
