Why am I the always helping everyone else? I ask everyone if they're okay and if they need anything and I try to be as supportive as I can but then when I try to tell people my feelings they either change the topic or shut me down completely with their own vents, is it's selfish that I want people to check on me too even though I don't ask for it?
