          	I've made the very difficult decision to remove Push from Wattpad. 
          	
          	To give those of you currently reading a little time, Push will be removed from Wattpad on Sunday, 15 December.
          	
          	It's not a decision I make lightly. Push is by far my most read book here -- ever -- and I have no immediate plans for what happens next with it. What I never wanted to happen? Other people stealing my work, stripping away my creative control, and ripping off unsuspecting readers on dodgy PPC apps. 
          	
          	I never thought my Wattpad journey would end like this. I love this place. I love that we can hang out and chat about books. I love seeing new authors testing their wings. There are incredibly talented people here who I know we’re going to see amazing things from in years to come. I can't even tell you how disappointed I am that so many other writers have been impacted by these same thieves. Many of them have already said enough is enough, and I don't blame them. I spent more than a year of my life writing these characters, chatting with you all in the comments, loving the engagement. It feels so bl**dy tainted when someone else is out there pedalling my words for, quite frankly, predatory amounts of money, when that was never the intention. 
          	
          	There is so little protection for writers on Wattpad -- and, arguably, maybe anywhere in the digital era. Some may argue that I've already lost the battle because now my books are out there, they’re out there. Even if they’re right, that doesn’t MAKE it right. 
          	
          	I wanted to close out by thanking each and every one of you. Whether you read one word or literally the hundreds of thousands I’ve shared, it changed my life. I’m not going to stop writing. I’ve got a fire in my belly to tell all my crazy Aussie stories while I can -- it’ll just be shared somewhere other than Wattpad.

I’m so sorry this has happened to you. I hate those sites, would never use them. Wish others would do the same so they just go away.
          	  I’m glad you’re taking steps to protect your work and I hope to see Push available to buy on Amazon one day! Maybe you can create a readers Facebook group so we can all still interact with you there? 
          	  Either way, I will continue to follow your works as you publish them! I honestly can say I’ve barely come onto WP since Push wrapped up. Haven’t felt the same way about any other stories on here. 
          	  Keep fighting and if there’s anything we can do to help get the pirated stories taken down, let us know!

Would love it if you could post on KU. That’s where I mainly read but I come to Wattpad to read books like yours and groveltohea. Sorry you are going through this :(

Hi there, I was wondering when I can read push? Came on here and saw it was offline! I’m guessing it’s to do with it been stolen 
          
          Not sure if you want to know but Push is on an app called Fantasyland! I hate that this happens to authors x

@clairescott1204 Hi Claire. Yes, I took Push (and all my Wattpad stories) offline after they were stolen by apps. It’s really upsetting to lose control of where my work is and why I won’t post on Wattpad anymore. Thanks for letting me know about the app. I lodged a DMCA with those thieves a couple of days ago.
            
            I am working on releasing all my books on Amazon. They will be free to read if you have a KU membership. 
            
            I do have a FB page. I’ve got my linktree in my profile and that will take you to all the places you can find me ❤️

So sorry that people can't think for themselves and try to get a leg up on others' hard work. I'm really looking forward to reading your books on Amazon. Just my opinion, but I think you did the right thing taking your work somewhere you can get paid for it.

@flutterby1616 I miss that too! Writing in a bubble on my lonesome definitely isn’t as fun as chatting with you guys in the comments. I’m looking forward to you seeing what you think about how Zach and Eden’s story turned out after all my rewrites. :)

Just found push being promoted on Instagram by Chillstory. I never trust these apps and always Google. Just wanted to let you know it is still being promoted, even though you pulled it.
          
          Can't wait until it hits KU.
