@PizzaHutGuy oh I’m sorry babe, I know how those are. I don’t know if you have steps but offering some tips that help me, warm water running over your hands, name 3 things around you. I’ve them frequently (over thinker) I had one while I was around a few people and it was beyond embarrassing but this person knew what to do/say and asked me if I wanted any sand??? I was so confused and asking what……. Before I knew it all I could focus on was that one question and it pulled me out of it….. I know that sounds so weird but it worked. So if your alone when these happen write the question down and ask yourself. Love you sweetheart I hope this helps even if just a little bit.
