A.H. Washington  is a masters in elementary Education degree holder originally from New Orleans. A.H. grew up poor and without parents.  Raised by grandparents, she learned to live life in a fantasy world.  

Soon she began to write words about the worlds she was living in.  Worlds about vampires, dragons, and witches became her favorite past time. 

By the time A.H. was 17, she decided she wanted to work with disadvantaged children.  She wanted them to learn to use their imagination to escape worlds of pain. 

Reaching college by the age of 19, A.H. was able to leave New Orleans.  Many different majors later,  including funeral services after  a book she had written about the dead rising, she found her way back to her love for children.  

She  finally found her major in education.  By 2010 she found herself with three degrees and no job in her fields. 

Continuing to write but never publishing, she begins to take her writings to small  presses. A.H. was never picked up but she had finally become a special education teacher. 

It would be eight years before A.H. would write again.  This time writing about a young lady suffering from depression  and losing her mother and brother. The character, found herself in a new world, the realm of Zaylen. Learning that  is related to a family who raised dragons, the main character Kalera sets out on a journey to become Palera Dawn.
Palera Dawn was released in November of 2018. It is currently listed on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and other major retailers online.
