I would suggest you to avoid internalizing loneliness, remind yourself it is a temporary feeling and not a reflection of your worth, remember that loneliness is just a part of being human, you can use the power within yourself to make positive changes to your life, you could do this by relaxing, reflecting or doing a new hobby, if you are feeling disconnected to yourself try and get into nature whether that’s noticing a houseplant, finding a little park, as getting into nature can help you to feel at peace with yourself, show kindness to yourself with a little gift whether that’s buying your favourite chocolate bar, putting time aside to play video games, dancing to your favourite song or engaging yourself in whatever hobbies you have, you can be your own friend, you can be kind to yourself, remember that you matters, I hope you find so much happiness in your life that it slowly takes away all the loneliness, sadness, and helps your heart feel whole again, you deserve to smile, to feel peace, and to heal from everything that once hurt you and if you are going through things and need someone to vent to, I'm here so we can be friends if u want ofcourse <3
