@Black_Paladin Hey, it's no worries! I understand completely! Just know that most of the people I've met on Discord are extremely friendly. Adding to that, you don't have to join a random server or anything, you can just use DMs to talk to only those you trust- 
            I'll try to be active here a bit more often, I've been really needing to get back in contact with my Wattpad pals and check in on them.

@AurorasPalace I've recently gotten into creative writing in school because I've gotten into writer's block. And I wanna see how that goes while my family were giving me crap about it because I do fanfiction and not fiction. I have a small journal to write in whatever story that comes in mind or prompts I can come up with. And it can be mistaken as a diary, but it not really a diary at all. 

@crowleyburns Ah, thank you so much! I thought it would be a good idea to get some ideas from a place filled with writers, so I decided to go back to Wattpad and ask this- I fully appreciate your advice! 

@AurorasPalace I don't know how good my advice will be, as I haven't been able to finish any writing project in years, however, all I can say is do your best. I hear books, especially a series, can take years to write. I write as a hobby, but if I was planning on becoming a fulltime author, or even just trying to get one book published, I'd defiantly make sure I am able to care care of myself financially. Make sure you have a job you can fall back on if anything goes south. This may not be the answer your looking for, but I'd say that is the best for you. Of course, you can reach out to authors, watch YouTube videos, etc., to fully get an idea of what you want to do!
