Hello dear, I'm sorry, I think you didn't read my statement from a few days ago...
My mind was blocked because my cell phone where I had my finished stories was stolen, and I couldn't write despite trying.
A few days ago the Biblioteca Grandchester group celebrated their anniversary with the theme of Versailles and I read a bit of the story of Lady Oscar, and luckily for me, the inspiration came back for this new story, and I'm starting to pick up the ones I left pending.
Thanks for asking and I'm sorry for the bad time, of course I care about my readers, for them I'm coming back little by little and I hope to finish some of my stories before the end of the year.

@Australia77 I wish I had that backup too, it was too frustrating and I couldn't stand it. It took me almost a year to let go of that anger and start opening my mind again, but I'm getting there. Of course I will finish my stories, they are my babies, and I know that my memory will not be able to remember everything that I had already written, but I will try to stick very closely to my original idea. Regarding this new story, I was surprised how it has been appearing in my mind and that helped me to write fluently, I almost finished it. I promise not to leave my stories lying around, but it will take me to rebuild them again to give them a worthy ending. I love Candy and Terry, I couldn't leave them apart although sometimes it seems like it, you always have to go to the end hehe. I send you a big hug. Keep taking care of yourself. Greetings dear.
@FelicityGrandchester hi, thank you for your response. ohh, that makes sense.... i wish you had it backed up on your pc or other devices. such a pity! i can only imagine the anger and frustration....though makes me feel sad as we ll never know if or when the story will ever be completed :( it was an intriguing fiction... ahhhhhh, lady oscar and andre! bless them!!! here in europe (Mediterranean countries to be precise iE. italy, france, germany...) they still show Lady Oscar on tv...and along with Candy Candy they were my fav cartoons when growing up many many moons ago! haha i just hope that terry still ends up with candy in your new story ... i just cant stand any other combination./... instead, i have always thought of Oscar pairing very well with Alain instead... ahahaha anyhow, best of luck to you... brace yourself and be very patient trying to" recover " your memory and finish off your fics... whenever that happens! i ll be patient too then :) enjoy your day/noon/nite depending where u live :)
