What can compare to a good story? Stories can entertain, can inform, and can challenge our perceptions of the world around us. I know I've always had a passion for them, and by the grace of the good internet I hope to share the fruits of that passion with you. Typically my genres of choice are fantasy and science fiction, with a heavy emphasis on character-driven plot. I always make sure that my tales are putting on a good show, while still presenting deeper layers of meaning for those who really wish to sink their teeth into the subtext. As a general rule I try to appeal to a wider age range of teenage-on-up, as my personal belief is that stories are at their best when shared.
When I'm not writing, I'm often conducting tabletop roleplaying games with friends or crafting. Creative projects in these veins include a roll-and-keep fantasy RPG system, chain mail jewelry, and foam "boffer" weapons for Live Action Role Play. My hobbies may never be considered cool, but they sure are a lot of fun.
Note: My background image was made with a really neat web app called Silk. You can find it at the link below to play with on your own.
