Veronica Blackbeauty resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In her early years, she was raised in the project along with seven siblings. Growing up in poverty has awarded the young woman to write experiences first and second hand. Today, Veronica has written several novels, including her first award nominated novel, Lyric: Philly's Own Princess. Writing has always been her first love. She took the art of writing combined with her reality and is now a published author.
