Hello everyone,
I wanted to give a huge thank you to all of you who were kind enough to donate. Thankfully, we managed to scrape enough together in order to afford a basement apartment in a nicer part of the city. Hopefully in two or three years we'll have a proper house.
I'm back to working regular hours, so I won't be updating my stories for some time. I wish all of you the absolute best. God bless you all.

Hello, everyone. It's been quite a while since I did one of these.
I know I don't have quite as large a following, or that I don't upload chapters as often as I'd like to, but I still felt I should let you all know what was going on and why I haven't been uploading chapters anymore.
Recently, my family has fallen on some hard financial times, and I've had to redevote a lot of my time I previously used writing to working a full-time job in an effort to try and make my rent and bills.
I had originally planned to move out of my current residence by sometime this early october. However, it seemed my current landlord had a different idea. Yesterday, at around 2:00 p.m., I received a formal eviction notice signed by my landlord and the county's local sheriff's department. Me and my family are instructed to leave the premises by August 3rd, giving us roughly a week to find a new place to live, and since it's being enforced by the Sheriff's department and not my city's police force, there's very little we can do in the way of getting an extension.

At the rate this is going, it's very likely that my family and I will end up sleeping on the streets for the foreseeable future. At the moment, we don't make enough money to support a relocation, nor can we afford to fight it in court, even if we would win against them easily. Some of my personal friends have asked me to post a link to a GoFundMe page that was made to help cover some of the costs of moving and putting a down payment on a new residence, but to be honest, I don't like accepting help from other people.
However, these friends generally know what's best or necessary for me, and I've come to trust and value their advice. So, I have come up with a compromise: In my bio is a link to my Twitter handle, where I've posted the link to the GoFundMe page. Now, i'd much rather you all donate your money to a charity organization instead of to my family, but if you're feeling generous and have the money to spare, it would be a tremendous help to my family. If you are unable or unwilling to donate, that's also fine. Your words, thoughts, and prayers are more than enough support and give me the strength to keep going.
