          Hello lovely readers, I come to you with a question: is the following book idea intriguing to you?
          EXTREMELY dark romance that'd push the bounds of what I'm willing and able to write. Dub con that'll really flirt with the bounds of consent.
          Potential tropes/ elements: Captive romance; villainous male lead; strong female lead; second chance (dark twist); obsessed ML; FL desperate to escape his obsession even while craving it; he messes with her birth control; heaps and heaps of trauma; betrayal; told from dual POV's and potentially following dual timelines.
          Before the start of the story, our leads are together happily. Then, HE betrays HER for reasons you'll find out if I write the book, our FL leaves him in the dust, and has the shit luck to be captured by his enemies.
          The start of the book will come at the tail end of her captivity. She escapes in one of my signature bloodbaths, only to run smack-dab into the man who royally fucked her over. ML understands quite well that he is not a good man, and that despite what she's been through, he's incapable of and unwilling to let her go.
          Our girl goes from a dungeon to a gilded prison she once called home; let the angst, danger, spice, suspense, and fuckery commence.
