Hey, I wanted to share that I have tested out almost all of my Leo story ideas to see which ones I want to write for first. I had 15 ideas, and I only have 4 more to write first chapters for and see how I feel about them. I just wanted to let you know I have made a lot of progress. Writing's just been a real struggle this year, so it's taken me longer to create things this year. I hope when I do get my stories posted you like them. ❤️

@AnneLittlepage It was a quiz that a YouTuber I watch shared. She had a whole video going into more detail about each type of writing style, and she's a writer herself, so she has good advice on writing things like love stories. I'm happy you like my Christmas stories so well. :) Yeah, there are other seasonal stories I've written that I think turned out well too. That's probably my book, "cupid." I think I wrote it around last February. Yeah, that's what I plan on doing when picking the stories I'd like to do.

What type of writing quiz was this?
Your Christmas ones are my favorite although there are a couple of spring and fall stories that I like. I recently read a Valentine's Day story you wrote where the characters at first don't like each other.
I would start out with the stories that I like the best or would enjoy writing.

@AnneLittlepage That means so much to hear you say that. I was just taking a quiz the other day to find out what type of writer I am, and I realized that people connecting with my characters is something I really value. I also found out I'm The Adventurer, which surprised me, but it made a lot of sense considering I get so many ideas it's hard for me to stick to one sometimes, and I like to write my stories and figure them out as I go along. The stories I'm thinking of posting are still all Christmas ones, but some of them are based more on winter, I think. I'm hoping to eventually post all of them, but I'm only going to post and focus on a select few at a time. Yeah, that's true on why writing can be difficult. I think my problem more is how I've been struggling emotionally since last fall, but with prayer I'm starting to feel better. ❤️

I just wanted to say it's been a slow process, but I am gradually beginning to write again. I've felt bad that I haven't been able to get something up sooner, because it's been such a long wait, and I also miss posting on here too. But I'm learning to enjoy writing more again, and not treat it like everything has to be perfect. I tend to push myself too hard with writing sometimes, and forget that it's something I genuinely love and helps to relieve stress. I'll probably be posting a lot of Christmas stories, since I love all of my ideas, and honestly with how crazy the world has been lately I just need to feel that joy of one of my favorite holidays. Anyway, I hope you've all been having a good February, and that you haven't given up on me yet. It's been difficult having so many ideas and wanting to write so badly, but being stuck in my head about it for months where I couldn't even bring myself to start, so I'm happy things are starting to change now. ❤️

i'm glad that you are enjoying my story. I studied Leo a lot and used some of how he talks about in things in my book. It has been difficult to post chapters as much as I want. I'm trying to be better. When I post the sequel I should be updating more often.

@AnneLittlepage I'm really glad that you like my Christmas stories so well. Thank you for being so understanding about everything. Even though I've been struggling to write I've been really enjoying reading your Leo book in the meantime. I love how you write the characters realistically and are tying the whole story together. Yeah, I'm currently writing the first chapter for each idea I have, and seeing which ones I connect with the most.

I miss reading your stories! I understand that it is difficult sometimes to sit down and write. Things also tend to take longer sometimes than they should. Your Christmas stories are some of my favorites so I'm looking forward to reading the new ones. Maybe having so many different ideas writing all of them down and then picking a couple and start writing.

Hey, I just wanted to update you and let you know I'm determined to start writing this week. I've wanted to for so long, but I love the ideas I've come up with so much I feel paralyzed about even starting them. I just want them all to turn out well, and the number has grown to 15 ideas. I might gradually write for them all, but some of them might be shorter than others. I'm really trying to take the pressure off me, where chapters need to be a certain length. I had a lot more fun writing when I used to not worry about length or perfection so much. And I've discovered so many new songs and albums that are giving me a lot of inspiration for my current ideas. Anyway, it's been a wild past couple of weeks with temperatures below zero Fahrenheit, and bringing in our two stray outdoor cats to stay inside our house during that time. Our washer pipe froze too, so we've had to keep the house extra warm and wait until we get warmer temperatures outside to safely try it again. I hope you've all been staying safe and warm this winter. It's been a wild one.

@AnneLittlepage Yeah, it has "Pollyanna." :) I've never watched that movie, but I would like to someday.

Does it have "Pollyanna"?

@AnneLittlepage Disney+ has about everything Disney. It has the animated movies, live action movies, Disney channel shows, and it has 20th Century Fox content now too.

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know I didn't mean to disappear on here. I've been doing a lot of research on my mental health lately, so that I can learn more to live a better life. And I've also needed to declutter things in my house, since I've put it off for so long. I'm hoping to get back into writing soon, since I haven't written anything since like the end of November. When I was posting in December everything was pre-written. My new books will still be Christmas ones, and I know I'm already late on getting them posted, but I don't have a specific date in mind yet on when they'll be ready. I hope you enjoy them despite the holiday being over, and that you're having a great new year so far! ❤️

AnneLittlepage

What are your ideas? Your Christmas stories were some of my favorites. I really liked the one that was based on "Borrowed Hearts." In the movie they never say if he was an angel or not. He definitely helped them by causing them to wind up together and created a family for the little girl.

@AnneLittlepage Yeah, December seemed to be a busy month. I have 12 Christmas story ideas that I'll have to sort through to pick which ones I want to write for first. I'm glad that you like my past stories enough to re-read them. :) I don't plan on re-posting any of my old stories right now though. Those are cute ideas, but I already have ideas that I'm planning on using.

I've missed reading your stories. Christmas has caused me to post my chapters later than I would like. What are the new Christmas stories you are posting? I re-read a couple of your past stories. Are you going to re-post a couple of previous Christmas stories that you wrote? I thought a Christmas with Secret Santa would be cute or one of the Hallmark Christmas stories where Leo falls in love with someone while he is away from movies.

I just posted the last chapter of "Trick or Treat." ❤️

AutumnCardigan

@AnneLittlepage I have 8 solid ideas for Christmas books. Thank you for being understanding. ❤️

AnneLittlepage

Do you have the idea for them? It is fine if you post them a little later. I've been slow updating my chapters because of Christmas too.

@AnneLittlepage I don't know yet. I haven't started writing for them yet, and it seems like things always get busier around Christmastime. It took longer than expected to finish up my autumn books too, so that's part of the reason my books aren't lining up with the current season or holiday again.
