That moment when you finish writing 2k words, only to realize you took the story in the wrong direction... so you have to delete it all and start steering it back to where it needs to go. Really hoping this is part of becoming a better writer, because wow... deleting that many words hurts.

@pixelmum hahaha that's a really good way to look at it. Hopefully future me will thank present me for deleting them instead of forcing them into the story

@Ava_night_Writer awww no! That's a shame but every bit of writing is useful even if you delete it. It's all adding to your technique! I'm an underwriter so I'd rather have ten necessary words than 2k that aren't right. Hopefully you can recycle some of the text later!

Silver Eyes just hit 90K reads!!! Thank you all so much!! This milestone is beyond anything I could have imagined when I first started writing this wild story about two societies divided by a wall and two women whose love dared to tear it down. ❤️I'm thinking about a surprise for when we hit 100K reads... What do you think?

Hey there!❤️ I'm currently editing We Conquered the Abyss and have split the original Chapter 9 into two parts. If you're reading the story, please make sure your Wattpad is updated and read both Chapter 9 (Part 1) and Chapter 9 (Part 2) to avoid missing anything. Thanks so much for reading and supporting the story!!!

Hello lovely people!❤️ Since it's Pride Month, why don't we share a bit of our journey? What's the best thing about being part of the LGBTQ+ community? And what's been the hardest? I'll start! The best thing for me is having met my girlfriend! My life has changed so much since then, and I wouldn't go back for a second. Being yourself brings so much joy! As for the hardest part, we love traveling, and it's a shame that we constantly have to check how LGBTQ+ people are viewed in every place we visit, just so we know how much of ourselves we can safely show.
