I just broke up with my girlfriend. My decision, but it still feels wrong. It was clearly trauma bonded and one sided(I was the only one keeping the relationship alive) but I was so scared to do it.
Any words of advice appreciated and kind words to help me get through my first wlw breakup.

If literally anyone is reading this, please bully me into eating. I’m so fucking depressed right now I haven’t ate more than 600 cals in three days compared to the 2200 I usually do. I feel so sick but I still can’t do anything.
