To SHINE like a SUN first BURN like a sun.  
You don't necessarily have to become the sun, 
If you are willing you could be star, 
Street light or a firefly 
They are capable of shining 
When they want to shine, they shine 
When they don't feel like shining ,they just slack off.
Even if you don't shine there will be people who will see you through the crowd at a glance.
