I just finished watching For Liberty: A Helldivers Film, and safe to say it was peak cinema. It was just tremendous man, and to think it was made in only 15 months by a team of like 15 people with a dream for a budget of 0 dollars. Hey guys, just came to announce that I am retracting my previous statement and will continue work on my Murder Drones and Class of 09 fics. I got started on my original story and it just hasn't gone anywhere so I'm gonna give it a lil more time, maybe some extra writing practice before hand.
Hey y'all, how's it going? I know I only have like 9 followers and I'm not some big influential writer, but I just came to make a quick announcement. Currently I'm working on a horror story that I plan to upload on r/nosleep (if the mods don't immediately eviscerate it) and r/creepcast. As much as I enjoy working on fanfiction, I'd like to try and write a real story with my own characters and own concepts. I might finish up the next chapter of my Murder Drones story, but for the foreseeable future I'm going to focus my efforts on this other story. Alright, that is all, hope you all have a great day.
I finally put down 40 bucks for a hardcover copy of the Murder Drones graphic novel, I shall never financially recover from this. Also reas chapter 2 of my Class of 09 fic on Ao3! It's good... it's above average... it's not terrible... go read it. Alright that is all, I hope you all have a great day.
@AverageSciFiEnjoyer A bit same. I love MD and love anything we get, but it not being a flashback, future, or nothing like that, does hurt a bit. But Im still excited. Just wish I could get one of the more expensive ones, only got the 65, but it's still good. If I could ida gotten the 3K one lol, but I'd be paying that shit off for my next few generations. And I get that issue with writers block. If you ever need any help I'd be down to try if ya want. Can ask on my page or like Discord if you got that.
@WhisperingWells yeah, for sure. I'm kind of sad the comic is just an adaptation and not a continuation but it's still awesome. Chapter 2 is like 3000 words which is shorter than chapter 1 but if I'm being honest I kind of didn't really know where to go with it so I trimmed out a fee plot points I originally wanted to include.
@AverageSciFiEnjoyer Ooh, can't wait to read it after done with work. Also got the hardcover for the graphic novel, the day cannot come any sooner.
