I like your concept. Have you thought about how it fits into current reader demand in your genre?

does anyone know a story where the girl is badass in school. But in the sequel  that is set years later and she in an abusive relationship and is broken.

Woke up to some absolutely mind-blowing news today... 
          
          "Zen and the Silent Turtle" has officially hit #1 GLOBAL out of 13.3K stories! Not only that, but we’re sitting at #2 in Existentialism and #35 in Dystopia (out of 55k+!). 
          
          I also just realized we’ve officially crossed the 20,000-word mark for Act 1. I couldn't have stayed this motivated without you guys reading along in the dark with me.
