I've read HP, PJO series, HOO series, The Lorien Legacies series, Beyonders series, TMI & TID series, Twilight Saga, Divergent Trilogy, Delirium series and in my ongoing reading list is Time Riders series by Alex Scarrow. From non-fantasy genre I love John Green, Mitch Alboom and Nicholas Spark and Sophie Kinsella :)
