My dad legit just said to me, 'girl, your lazy ass better marry a nice man to do all your work, cause you obviously aren't going to do it yourself' someone surprise adopt me please I'm so through with dealing with this sort of shit. I would come out to my family but my dad's a strong believer in 'there are only two genders' sooo yeah. And my parents hardly talk about anything to do with the LGBTQ+ community bc it makes them uncomfortable. Also, they don't approve of my anime obsession either... And I wish I could talk to my besties face to face and buy a binder and have everyone use my prefered pronouns... But I guess you can't always get what you want.
