Yeah, I feel you. In these hard times, it seems easier to be angry and frustrated at things. I had moments when I felt hopeless myself and had an anxiety attack. But I always remember that life isn’t easy for no one, you have to make life easy for yourself, I know at the moment it's hard to be positive but there will be sunshine after the rain. My dad always says this if my school gets hard for me “ school isn’t fun, so you make it fun for yourself and others around you” and if you do it you’ll see positive results come your way.
I love sports too, my friends and I made a new routine, every Sunday afternoon we will go to the park and play basketball or soccer enjoy the presence of each other, minimum the phone use (only for music). My summer just started. At the start of quarantine, I had two weeks off but then I had to do online school. from June 1 to June 26 I had to go to school for half a day to clarify things for the next school year. So my vacation started this month. in 2 weeks I will go on vacation to Germany. That's a nice change but I think what most helped me was putting my damn phone away for a change:) the internet is full of good stuff but also a lot of bad stuff and to put it away really helped to stay positive or just go out with friends or go for a walk and compliment someone else clothes or in this case when they have a cool mask on, it lightens their days but also yours.
