I’m doing a phobia quite and I’m getting so triggered, Why does deep water trigger me so bad….and balloons (yes I’m scared of balloons shush-) don’t get me started on those I can’t overcome my fears…

My grandparents and my uncle from my dad’s side live in Florida and with Hurricane Milton……and the tornadoes spawning from the hurricane…….Im scared…..
