I'm thinking of tearing down my RWBY fanfic. To be honest, I don't have the imagination to continue it anymore. So, I decided to change it.
The revised would be a MARSOC elite sniper named Andrew Sorento who got sent to Remnant after jumping into a well to avoid an enemy gunship. It'll be set at about 14 years before season 1 of the series even happen.

Hello @AzurePlayer, this is @Anonymous24uare speaking through @Conduit_Vance. I don't think you heard but I must inform you that I lost my original account due to it being so old that I had to pay to keep it running (I think) so I resorted to this account to (MAYBE) take a break from writing down military stories and focus others I was piqued by. Still, how are you doing, and how's school? I was just wondering if I could interest you in something that will (maybe...) make you update RWBY: Rise of the Star-Banner just a bit. If you want to speak with me clearly, I have a Discord link in my new profile's bio. Thank you.

Dude! You did not just removed RWBY: Rise of the Star-Banner! You're going to receive so much back lash for this!!! Especially from @Sithlord863 or @Anonymous24uare. Put it back, PLEASE!!!

VincentXVB

My bad, just felt worried when he announced the bear cancelation. It was bad enough when @Anonymous24uare lost his account.

I've been thinking of rewriting my RWBY story. I'll just go screw democracy and have the US invade the kingdoms and Misfit Team as infiltrators in Beacon.

@AzurePlayer personally I don’t think this is a good direction since it basically becomes a Deus ex machina, I win and basically ends the story there. Invading Atlas would be a good call though and you’ve been setting up a conflict between America and Atlas in the story already. If you want America to invade the kingdoms then you could simply add more chapters where they get the tech to stand at least a fraction of a chance against the U.S. military but its more of an, Operation Desert Storm type chance where they get obliterated within weeks if not less time. But if you feel that this is the direction you want to go in instead of everything you’e written in it up until now then that’s your decision. Personally though I don’t think this is a good direction for the story because it effectively ends it before it even begins. Not much build up, and then bam, conflict is resolved in less than two seconds. It’s much more interesting going with the diplomacy route in my opinion. Granted you’ve pretty much set it up so far so that Atlas will inevitably go to war against the U.S. since they foolishly believe that they’ll have a fraction of a chance with AGEA tech. It would be boring in my personal opinion if you simply rewrote it so that the U.S. and the kingdoms basically go to war almost immediately. Again, this is my personal opinion. Personally I love the story as it is now. It’s fantastic in my opinion and you’ve done a fantastic job writing it. But if you decide to go ahead and rewrite the entire thing then that’s your decision. Personally I’d think it would be a damn shame but if you believe that you need to rewrite the story to fit this new narrative then that’s your choice. Just make sure you really think on it so you’re absolutely certain this is the decision you want to make since there won’t be any turning back once you do. (Maybe save a copy of the original story as it is now just in case) but ultimately that’s your decision.
