          AN  UNKNOWN  AND  EVERCHANGING  AMOUNT  OF  EYES  PEER  FROM  THE  SHADOWS .     it  watches  the  other  from  its  hiding  place ,   a  low  rumbling  sound  that  seems  to  come  from  every  direction  escaping  it .
