y’all they on twitter shaming fanfic authors and telling people to read critically acclaimed published works instead again. sigh. when are folks gonna realize that writing fanfiction doesn’t mean that your creativity and writing skills cease to exist and that these published authors are writing the same thing as fanfic authors except they have a NY times best seller sticker on their cover and one three star review on good reads?

just looked through my drafts on here and i think that i’m gonna go back to writing funny and unserious shit lol. i already have a million other drafts in my notes app and my tumblr drafts (as well as stuff that i’ve posted and am currently working on) but like i miss writing on here and interacting with folks. idk how things are gonna go since it’s different on here now, but as long as i can keep myself (and/or maybe a reader or two) entertained then i should be okay lmfao
