@niceguyo @niceguyo oh you flatter me! Well, i cant really articulate properly how i just wrote this, and how i came to write in my own style, i just watched and watched videos after videos of guides and tips for writing on yt. But if i could give some tips that helped me it'd be: read novels. Like, real novels. Not just fanfic, bcus for me some of it appears as too amateurish, whilst novels are written by professionals and adept writers so theres a lot to take from reading one. Just read a book that you're interested in, whatever genre it is. I've read some and thats where i came to my own writing style, although tbh i feel like i tend to overwrite and overexplain everything.

Second is yt guides and tips. Theres a lot of them, and they're heavily underrated.

Third is understanding the famous show dont tell principle. Although dont apply it to every scene in ur fic/book.

Fourth is read and read, which expands your vocabulary and phrases, which is really a handful since it'll help you avoid making your writing appear dull and tedious.

Fourth is find your style. I've found some style that, like mine, wrote lots and lots because we focus more
On being descriptive. Whilst some rely on brief but adequate and beautiful prose.

Five is write and not being too harsh on yourself.

And ig thats all. I myself am just learning, and is doing this only as a hobby that i want to polish. I hope you're going to be a successful writer one day!

@AyanokojiKei oh i'll definitely skip that. I want scenes to be as entertaining as possible, not an essay. And wow, i never thought its actually alright.
