i. while scar continuously makes “jokes” about getting a ring for jewel and the first one to bring it up, they never bought the ring. jewel does. it’s because scar was so afraid of rejection and bending down on one knee that jewel would say no and leave him for an avenger’s kid. when scar finally told his girlfriend this, the two spent a whole day on self-care doing face-masks, bingeing movies, and nobody else was allowed to talk or see them — this rule was established by jewel who spent the whole day trying to convince scar how perfect he really was.
ii. scar always noticed the scar on jewel but never asked. when she finally did ask, they had an enemies to lovers, “who did this to you,” moment where scar threatened to kill whoever harmed her in any sort of way or looked at her the wrong way. jewel didn’t mind having it because jewel had her very own scar even when her girlfriend scar wasn’t there. from that day on, scar wore a jewel every single day.
iii. when the couple were out and shopping in the mall, scar noticed someone was looking at jewel in a not-so-pg-rated way. scar was ready to blast this person but jewel walked over, punched them hard where the sun doesn’t shine before scar could even blink, and walked back to her girlfriend kissing her right on the lips, so the person could see. scar was on cloud nine for the rest of the day, touching their lips and smiling like an idiot.
