this! i completely get why people do like reading xreader stories, but sometimes it’s nice to have an oc every now and then so there isn’t any need to compare yourself to someone who’s supposed to be you but doesn’t embody your personality. as for calling ocs y/n, it doesn’t seem like a big deal until the comments start rolling in about “this isn’t what i’d say” or “i don’t have *insert characters eye color*”

just a quick things, i’ve gotten a lot of private messages and comments asking about updates so here’s a brief explanation.
          
          i update when i feel like it, not necessarily when i can. 
          
          i don’t like forcing myself to write, it always ends up bad and i hate reading it a few weeks later because i’ll end up just taking it down. i understand the desire for more updates, but i would rather there be a wait for good writing than shitty writing right away. 
          
          it’s very rare hat i’ll write one story all in one go. saving eve was a different occasion, i literally have no way to explain that phenomenon.
