The Government saw Badware and tried to take advantage of his powers. They wanted to trap Badware in a body so he couldn’t infect anything, and they could control him. The Government hired engineers to build the perfect body to trap him inside of. Once Badware kept growing and was able to infect big electronics, this is when the Government made their move. They found Badware and lured him into the body, the trap worked, and he infected it. However, the Government used a prototype body and not the real one since they looked so similar. This meant that this model could still let Badware infect and the Government couldn’t control him. So they gave him a free and perfect body for Badware that you see to this day
