I have a vision for a large collaboration. Eight authors (myself and seven of your choice) choosing four of their greatest characters for a tournament hosted by you to determine which writer is your greatest.
Rules are simple. Characters must be from finished stories and must prove they can fight. The chosen eight must share their stats (name, gender, age, abilities, story, etc) with you. We each then write our own version of the same story based on our characters POV, but you tell us the basics. (Who fights who, who wins, and what happens to losers.)
I believe strongly that this idea will not only bring different writers together and teach them teamwork, but also might raise your popularity.
