          ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀a breton born and raised in wayrest, JAVIEL was of a noble family. however, this comfortable life wasn't one he felt suited him. he craved adventure. and in 4E 181, when king barynia left the city gates open to pirates in an attempt to save himself from the dark brotherhood, young javiel hardly paid much mind to their looting. by the end of it, he snuck onto one of their ships to leave with them. only fourteen at the time, but the captain did decide on letting him join so long as he could make himself useful. years on that ship even got him the position of first mate.
          
          ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀and yet, he ended up wanting something a little more. he wanted to be captain. so he staged a mutiny— only to end up having to jump overboard to avoid being killed when it failed. jumping ship in the middle of the sea, he was left and assumed dead for years. but he did survive. he managed to scrounge up his own crew, command his own ship: the bitter end.  
          
          ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀his crew knows CAPTAIN CASTILLE to be generous with loot, often a fair judge when needed to mediate (so long as he isn't in a foul mood), overall beloved to them all. the crew is a family, and any newcomers have to earn their place as family. without that, captain castille could be a much colder man. so make your place quick if you join his crew, before he decides you'd make them better coin being auctioned off or turned in for whatever bounty is on your head. and be sure to keep in your place.
