          Matas shrugged. “Dunno. Should I go..?”

          Matas shook his head again. “No. But thank you.”

          Matas contemplated the offer before shaking his head. “No thank you.”

          Matas nodded, walking over to him.

          “Nothing. I was just wondering if you were feeling any better.”

          “Hey, um...” Matas started quietly, standing in the doorway. “Are you awake?”

          Matas managed to get Egor off his lap and sit him down in the spot he was just at. So he got up and went to check on Markell.

          Matas was tempted to go see, but he couldn’t even move.

          Matas looked over towards the living room, not moving. ‘I wonder if he’s up by now...’
